Our chef
Philippe Chevalier was born in the French Province of Vendee. After completing his culinary degree, he worked in several French restaurants all starred in the Michelin Guide. He moved to the United States in 2001. His most recent positions as executive chef include Chez Papa and Cafe Claude.
He was awarded several times during the course of his US career by the following magazines:
